How to Submit a Support Request

  1. Open the Aidition app and tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Scroll down and tap Report Issue
  3. Fill in the Subject and Description fields with details about your issue
  4. Optionally tap + Add Attachment to include screenshots or files
  5. Enable Include debug data to help us troubleshoot faster
  6. Tap Submit Ticket to send your request

We typically respond within 24-48 hours.
